Days ago, Bryant died at 41 in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California, along with 8 others including his daughter. A professional basketball player with the NBA, he was a Los Angeles Lakers superstar. Respected by his professional colleagues and greatly admired by fans, he was one of basketball’s greatest players, having retired in 2016 as a five-time NBA champion, 11-time All-NBA first-team selection, 2008 MVP, two-time Finals MVP, two-time Olympic gold medalist, 18-time All-Star and four-time All-Star MVP.
